I am the previous scientist, pharmacist, who turned into an artist during the last ten years. I have studied at the ”British University of the Arts” on distance and have achieved the degree of ”Certificate of Higher Education” a year ago.I live in the very south of Sweden. I am mainly working with prints - on textile (preferably silk) or on paper to produce graphic sheets. I have my own small studio in the very center of the old university city of Lund, and there I can print, dye fabrics and splash around. Together with a colleague I have during the last two years also been giving courses in the Japanese art of Shibori, which is a technique used for dying and patterning fabrics without using pinting techniques. I do exhibit locally, both silk prints and graphic sheets. I predominantly use screen printing for fabrics but mixed techniques for my graphic sheets.
